  • Submit your enquiry and discuss your vision with our curation team. Once you're ready to commit, pay a £100 booking deposit to secure your place and lock in your preferred dates.

  • You'll receive your personalized experience proposal—detailed itinerary, venues, expert guides, accommodation, and full breakdown of what's included. This is when refinements happen based on your feedback. Pay 60% of your total experience cost.

  • Final confirmations are locked in. All venues, guides, and logistics are confirmed. Pay the remaining balance of your experience cost.

  • Your official tickets and final details (arrival times, contact information, what to bring) are issued. Your experience begins to feel real.

How It Works

  • Our curation team will answer all your questions, discuss logistics, and ensure the experience aligns with your vision.

  • Once you're ready, pay the £100 booking deposit to secure your place and lock in your dates.

  • At 4 months before, you'll get a detailed, personalized itinerary. Review, refine, and finalize any details.

  • Confirm final arrangements and complete your payments according to the timeline above.

  • Thirty days before, you'll receive your tickets and all final logistics. The countdown begins.
