He has also produced and managed major international events across Europe, the Middle East and Asia, operating in environments where precision and confidentiality are essential.
In the hospitality sector, Karl has been directly involved in securing a hotel management agreement with one of the world’s leading five star operators. This required strategic alignment, financial planning and brand positioning at an institutional level. In addition, he has met with senior government officials in The Bahamas to obtain key permissions and approvals, while building the relationships necessary to support long term development. His ability to navigate both private sector negotiations and public sector processes provides investors with confidence in governance and execution.
Alongside his development activity, Karl leads a high end luxury publication reaching more than one million affluent consumers globally. This platform provides ongoing access to the preferences and behaviours of ultra wealthy audiences, offering insight into what drives their decisions when selecting a hotel, residence or long term retreat. This direct connection to the target market informs every aspect of positioning and guest experience strategy.

Karl has spent more than 14 years operating at the highest levels of the global luxury sector, building a reputation within the ultra high net worth community where discretion, credibility and delivery are paramount. His career has been defined by strategic positioning, brand leadership and direct engagement with some of the world’s most influential private clients and luxury institutions.
Over this period, he has overseen the marketing and strategic exposure of assets with a combined value exceeding $8.7 billion. These have included landmark real estate, supercars, superyachts, private islands, aviation assets, helicopters and rare collectables. His involvement across real estate valued at $3.9 billion, automotive portfolios approaching $1.95 billion, yachting interests of $960 million, collectables of $850 million, aviation assets of $265 million, private islands totalling $628 million and passion purchases exceeding $100 million reflects both the scale of his reach and the trust placed in him within the global luxury ecosystem.
Karl has worked directly with internationally recognised brands including Bentley Motors, Lamborghini and Airbus, alongside leading hospitality groups such as St Regis, Hilton, Six Senses and Soneva. In parallel, he has collaborated with yacht builders, brokerage houses and aviation specialists, cultivating a powerful international network spanning investors, family offices, asset owners and private client advisers. These are established relationships formed through years of negotiation, execution and performance at the highest level.
